Delete your account

You can delete your WavyRide account and its data at any time: in the app, on our website or by email.
In the app
- Open WavyRide and go to Profile.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm. We delete your account and its data.
By email
Can’t open the app? Write to [email protected] from the email address of your Google or Apple account and we’ll delete the account for you.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: display name, username and profile photo.
- Rides, trips and routes you uploaded or shared, with their photos.
- Your shares and the access you gave other people.
- The rides stored in the app on the phone you delete the account from.
What is kept
Copies and GPX files that people you shared with have already saved stay with them. Backups are erased within 30 days.
